Job Summary

The Service Coordinator is responsible for communicating with clients by phone or digitally. In addition, this individual will assist with the client referral process by creating certifications, calling providers, sending letters and/or locating urgent appointments for clients.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support employees and eligible family members by providing resources for behavioral and emotional health, family, and wellness related issues through chat
  • Educate network providers regarding ComPsych procedures
  • Educate providers about care management requirements
  • Conduct outreach calls to clients as needed
  • Locate urgent/emergency client appointments
  • Disseminate cases for follow up to other departments as needed
  • Other light clerical duties as needed
  • Demonstrate ComPsych's strong client focus and promise to over-deliver on customer expectations
  • Create client records and certifications and contacts providers with authorization information

Job Qualifications

  • BA in Social Service or Psychology related field required
  • Direct clinical experience preferred
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to resolve client issues quickly and accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills, highly self-motivated, and dependable
  • Good time management/organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Bilingual a plus

  • The hourly pay for this position is $15.82 USD. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
