Job Summary

The Talent Experience Lead is responsible for designing, activating and continuously improving the employee experience across the full talent lifecycle from onboarding through growth, engagement and retention. This role partners closely with HR, leadership and business team to translate organizational strategy and culture into meaningful employee experiences that drive engagement and performance. The role serves as a key architect of programs that strengthen culture, elevate leadership effectiveness and enhance how employees experience work every day. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Human Resources.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and evolution of the organization’s talent strategy aligned with business and culture goals
  • Translate company values and fundamentals into scalable employee programs and practices
  • Identify moments that matter across the employee lifecycle and improve the experience at stages such as onboarding, recognition, career growth, development, etc.
  • Own employee listening programs including engagement surveys, pulse surveys and feedback mechanisms
  • Analyze engagement data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Partner with leaders to develop department action plans and accountability measures
  • Monitor engagement trends and retention drivers
  • Develop tools and resources that help managers create positive team experiences
  • Support leaders in driving engagement conversations and team effectiveness
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to embed best practices in leadership behaviors
  • Create scalable toolkits and conversation guides
  • Design recognition and appreciation strategies that strengthen connection and performance
  • Partner as needed with internal communications to ensure consistent employee messaging
  • Enhance onboarding and tenure experiences
  • Improve career growth process and developmental pathways
  • Identify and report on success metrics and use data to continuously refine programs
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Employee Experience, Organizational Development or related function
  • Experience leading engagement or culture initiatives at scale
  • Strong project management and change management skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills; demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to details
  • Experience supporting leadership development and organizational change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR analytics systems
  • Experience in high-growth, evolving organizations preferred

  • The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 USD. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
