Job Summary

The Critical Incident Coordinator is responsible for coordinating US based critical incident response requests due to critical or significant events at the workplace affecting site employee’s productivity and/or level of functioning.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Consults with customers regarding best practices for critical incident response
  • Triages and coordinates time sensitive requests utilizing network providers
  • Responds to after-hours requests on rotating basis by being on-call for 1 week, approximately every 5 weeks
  • Follows-up with customer on all service requests to ensure service satisfaction
  • Maintains documentation for all service requests and their disposition
  • Submits providers’ invoice for services to Accounting in a timely fashion
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work required, MA preferred 
  • Flexibility to be on-call 24/7 for 1 week at a time, approximately every 5 weeks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to foster good working relationships with network providers
