The Network Specialist- Provider Requests is responsible for quickly identifying, recruiting, and contracting with mental health providers on an ad-hoc basis due to the special requests of our clients and/or needs of our clients.

• Identify and recruit EAP and behavioral health providers for ad hoc contracting and possible participation in ComPsych's professional provider network
• Negotiate rates, confirm required credentials, and finalize contracts for immediate access to care for a patient
• Work closely with ComPsych's clinical team to ensure a successful experience for the client
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of professional business experience preferred
• Experience working in an Insurance, Benefits, and/or Human Resources related industry preferred
• Strong web based research skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to prioritize and problem solve
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills, including follow-up
