Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the processes, technology, and data analysis that drive our marketing efforts. You will help maintain our marketing technology stack, optimize workflows, and turn data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is proficient in HubSpot, process-driven and enjoys solving problems, working with technology, and supporting multiple ongoing marketing initiatives. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day administrator of HubSpot, including managing users, workflows, properties, lists, segments, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, email settings, and integrations. 
  • Build, test, and optimize HubSpot workflows, nurture programs, marketing emails, landing pages, and forms to support lead generation and campaign execution. 
  • Assist in the administration and optimization of the marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools). Support the evaluation and implementation of new tools to improve marketing performance. 
  • Contribute to building and maintaining efficient processes for lead generation, campaign execution, and database management. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and proactively address issues that impact productivity. 
  • Help establish and maintain marketing metrics and dashboards. Collect and analyze marketing and sales data, create reports, and provide insights to measure campaign effectiveness. 
  • Assist in managing the lead lifecycle, ensuring accurate data flow between marketing and sales systems. Support data hygiene, segmentation, and enrichment activities. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, product and other teams to ensure consistent practices for systems and reporting. Work together with team members to support lead scoring and routing processes.
  • Provide operational support for marketing campaigns, including creating and updating landing pages, managing tracking parameters, and gathering performance data. 

Job Qualifications

  • HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, and/or RevOps certifications strongly preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications or similar field required. 
  • HubSpot, WordPress and 6sense experience required 
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related role. 
  • Experience with at least one CRM system (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce). 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint  
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision 
  • Strong organizational/time management skills and attention to detail 
  • Professional business and marketing writing experience

  • The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 annually. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
