Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity in the large and growing segment of healthcare and well-being. As a member of the ComPsych Mobile Business Applications team, you will work in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. You will use your QA expertise to collaborate with a small, but growing team through quality assurance efforts on projects critical to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who proposes solutions, follows a disciplined approach, and has a “team attitude”. The Quality Assurance Analyst will operate as an integral part of a high-performing technical team and will be expected to clearly communicate project status to senior team members and management, proactively assist peers and resolve conflicts, work productively with other team members, and take the initiative to self-manage.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Verify that mobile applications meet business and technical requirements for both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Design, document, and execute test plans and test cases for feature, regression, compatibility, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, and product teams to ensure high-quality mobile releases.
  • Perform functional, usability, and exploratory testing on native and hybrid mobile applications.
  • Automate end-to-end test cases using tools such as Appium, BrowserStack, Playwright (mobile), or similar frameworks.
  • Validate API integrations between mobile clients and backend services.
  • Log, track, and report defects using Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.
  • Provide regular QA status updates and metrics to project stakeholders.
  • Continuously enhance the QA knowledge base and contribute to best practices for mobile QA.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of QA experience, including at least 2–3 years focused on mobile application testing.
  • Strong understanding of mobile testing strategies (manual and automated).
  • Hands-on experience with Appium, BrowserStack, Xcode, Android Studio, Charles Proxy, Postman, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience testing in both iOS and Android environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of API testing, SQL, and backend validation preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare or wellness mobile applications is a plus.

  • Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required
  • Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events
  • Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer
