The Senior Clinical Data Analyst will play a key role in advancing ComPsych’s clinical quality, outcomes measurement, and thought leadership. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on both domestic and global clinical outcomes and satisfaction data, and for supporting special research initiatives that demonstrate the value and impact of our services.
By supporting essential clinical and satisfaction data collection, monitoring, analysis, and more, this highly collaborative role will contribute directly to ComPsych’s ability to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care at scale—supporting everything from quality assurance and provider network insights to white paper development and customer ROI reporting.
Outcomes & Satisfaction Analysis
- Analyze clinical outcomes (e.g., pre-post symptom and functioning scores) across ComPsych’s global and domestic service lines
- Track and interpret client satisfaction survey data, including Net Promoter Scores (NPS), for internal quality improvement and external reporting
- Identify trends, anomalies, and insights that inform both service delivery and customer-facing impact reports
- Identify opportunities to best analyze data from multiple ComPsych data sources, including client surveys, digital assessments, live intake assessment metrics, and more
Global Clinical Data Oversight
- Support the standardization, collection, and analysis of outcomes data from ComPsych’s dedicated international intake centers and global partners
- Collaborate with the Global Partner team cross-functionally to align global data collection efforts with centralized reporting needs
Research & Strategic Analytics
- Partner with the Chief Clinical Officer and ComPsych clinical research team on ad hoc clinical research projects, white papers, and thought leadership initiatives
- Conduct exploratory analyses to answer strategic research questions related to behavioral health trends, service outcomes, or product development
Quality Monitoring & Provider Performance
- Support analytics related to provider network effectiveness, including responsiveness, session patterns, and assignment success rates
- Conduct and interpret provider-level quantitative audits and live experience evaluations to inform quality calibration
- Deliver data that supports performance guarantees and contractual reporting
Process Improvement & Innovation Support
- Collaborates with the Chief Clinical Officer to provide data-driven insights to support continuous improvement of clinical workflows and programs
- Collaborates with the Chief Clinical Officer to assist in identifying areas for operational efficiency and clinical innovation using internal and industry benchmarks

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics, public health, psychology, data science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in research, analytics, or data-driven quality improvement—preferably in a clinical, behavioral health, or healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data interpretation in applied research settings
- Proficiency in commonly used data analytic software, including Microsoft Office Suite; analytics platforms (e.g. SPSS), Experience with Power BI is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to distill complex data into clear insights for clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
