Our finance team is growing and we are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our dynamic team! This role will perform various accounts receivable and billing processes for ComPsych.

• Set up new customers in Billing System according to specifics of contract, identifying unusual revenue or billing arrangements
• Update existing customer information accurately in billing system
• Submit invoices for payment in various online platforms
• Data Entry
• Perform ad-hoc analysis
• Assist with improvement projects
• Cross-train for various functions for back-up purposes
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, or Associates Degree with relevant Accounting or Billing experience. 
• 1 years of Accounts receivables/billing experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, preferred
