As a Graphic Designer at ComPsych, you'll play a crucial role in creating a wide range of internal and external communication materials. Our work, which includes both print and digital assets, supports 60% of the Fortune 500 in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.

Primary Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Customize and Create: You'll use your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to customize templated communications and develop engaging, custom PowerPoint presentations.
  • Production Powerhouse: Approximately 80% of your role will involve production work, focusing on producing ComPsych-branded materials using our corporate templates.
  • Client Collaboration: You'll manage internal client relationships, providing clear and timely updates on job status and delivery dates.
  • Brand Champion: Consistently apply our branding strategy across all your work, ensuring a cohesive and professional look.
  • Design Excellence: Leverage your strong typographic and layout skills, coupled with excellent organizational abilities, to produce high-quality designs.
  • Team Contributor: Collaborate with the design team to continuously improve processes
  • Growth & Mentorship: Stay current with the latest graphic design trends and software, and be enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge with your colleagues.

Job Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: Ideally, you'll have 2+ years of graphic design experience in a collaborative team setting.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required, with a BFA preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office is essential, with strong PowerPoint skills being highly beneficial.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, along with outstanding organizational, project, and time management abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability: The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Platform Versatility: Experience working on both Mac and PC platforms.
  • Storytelling Through Video (Bonus!): If you can tell a compelling story with video, that's a plus!
