Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role plays a key part in shaping financial strategy, driving performance insights and supporting business leaders with reliable data and analysis to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, experience with budgeting and forecasting and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner
  • Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions
  • Partner directly with the finance team and operations groups to collaborate on metrics, goals and business reviews
  • Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights
  • Analyze monthly financial results, compare actuals to budget/forecast and provide variance explanations
  • Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization
  • Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made
  • Prepare and present management reports and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and evaluating business cases, investments, and cost saving opportunities
  • Enhance FP&A processes and reporting tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A and/or corporate finance, accounting or related area
  • General knowledge of accounting, financial, operational and budgeting principles
  • Experience developing financial reports and metrics
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong business acumen data analysis skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and other data and calculation software(s); experience with Power BI, budgeting and reporting tools such as Adaptive Insights, MS Board or others, and workforce management systems, such as Genesys
  • Strong Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building successful partnerships with the ability to interact with various management levels
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
