This role is critical in driving departmental efficiency, ensuring service level agreement (SLA) adherence, fostering a high-performing team, and leading strategic initiatives that align with broader organizational goals. The Associate Director, Absence Claims will be responsible for developing and executing operational strategies, optimizing processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and championing continuous improvement to elevate the overall effectiveness and impact of the FMLA Operations function.
