Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of enterprise infrastructure projects. This role will be responsible for managing complex technology projects including server deployments, network upgrades, cloud migrations, and infrastructure modernization efforts, etc. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements. This role ensures the successful delivery of initiatives, compliance requirements, and operational excellence in a healthcare services environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units to define scope, objectives, and success metrics.
  • Initiate Project kick-offs and facilitate Project meeting scheduling, minutes, project closures and lessons learned.
  • Maintain executive-level dashboards and reports, providing updates to senior leadership on program status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate vendor engagements with, including RFPs, SOW reviews, and contract execution for infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive successful outcomes in a complex IT environment.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver IT infrastructure projects from initiation through closure.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including network engineers, systems administrators, security specialists, developers, and vendor partners.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business sucess.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, stakeholder communications, project closures, and lessons learned.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational standards.
  • Manage server hardware refreshes, virtualization initiatives, and other enginineering initiavtives.
  • Oversee network infrastructure upgrades including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems, etc.
  • Lead cloud migration projects and hybrid infrastructure implementations.
  • Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity infrastructure projects.
  • Manage compliance, and infrastructure security initiatives.
  • Serve as primary point of contact between IT infrastructure teams and business stakeholders.
  • Translate technical requirements into business language and vice versa
  • Manage vendor professional services relationships and coordinate third-party service providers to support project initiatives.
  • Present project status, risks, and recommendations to senior and executive management.
  • Establish and maintain project documentation standards and repositories.
  • Ensure proper testing, validation, and acceptance criteria are met.
  • Coordinate change management processes and communication plans.
  • Maintain project budgets, and resource tracking.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in IT infrastructure environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid infrastructure models.
  • Knowledge of network protocols, security frameworks, and enterprise software systems.
  • Understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT service management principles.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar).
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong budget management and financial tracking capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
