The Senior Manager of Quality is responsible for the strategic direction, development, and execution of ComPsych's Absence quality programs. This role provides leadership and oversight to the Absence Quality team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the achievement of exceptional customer satisfaction. The Senior Manager will be instrumental in building and maintaining a customer-defined quality program, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of quality excellence across the organization.
