Job Summary

The Learning Evaluation Consultant will lead the measurement and reporting function of our Learning & Organizational Excellence department, which delivers thousands of learning events throughout the globe every year. By consulting with stakeholders to understand what information they value most, implementing tools to collect needed data, and creating compelling reports, the Learning Evaluation Consultant will create and present narratives that demonstrate the value of our learning programs to our client organizations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Apply independent judgment to create and implement new processes and technologies for data collection to effectively demonstrate the impact of our learning programs.
  • Identify gaps in current-state data collection and make recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Create compelling reports that that show the value of learning programs to key customers
  • Deliver presentations and make recommendations to senior-level influencers.
  • Consult with key customers on customized learning evaluation and reporting projects.
  • Use data to recommend opportunities for internal improvement in content development and training facilitations.
  • Effectively communicate progress by reporting on achievements, encountered issues and recommended resolution
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience
  • Demonstrated success presenting in front of senior leaders in a corporate environment
  • Experience designing effective survey questions
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using Excel to analyze large volumes of data
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively across many audiences
  • Proven time management skills with experience in meeting deadlines
  • Outstanding customer service skills
