Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our User Experience (UX) and Business Analysis team. This role is crucial in driving the creation of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured and translated into actionable solutions. The Manager will oversee a team of UX Specialists, Visual Designers, and Business Systems Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, business analysis methodologies, and the ability to effectively manage and mentor a diverse team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Management
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of UX Specialists, Visual Designers, and Business Systems Analysts.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, identify opportunities for professional development and hold employees accountable when needed.
    • Manage team workload, prioritize projects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
    • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and technology
  • User Experience (UX) & Visual Design Management
    • Oversee the development of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
    • Ensure adherence to established UX/UI design standards and best practices.
    • Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and technical implementation.
    • Manage the visual design direction and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
    • Lead the team in capturing, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
    • Ensure the accurate translation of business requirements into use cases.
    • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews.
    • Oversee the creation and review of requirements documentation.
    • Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
    • Work with project teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
    • Manage business system analysis for current and future systems.
    • Oversee the handling of requests and feedback from stakeholders regarding current systems.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation
    • Identify opportunities to improve UX and business analysis processes and methodologies.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
    • Promote the use of data and analytics to inform design and business decisions.
    • Implement new tools and technologies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in UX, Visual Design, or Business Analysis.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of UX/Design/Business Analysis professionals.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with business analysis methodologies and requirements gathering techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
