As a member of the ComPsych Business Applications team, you will work in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. You will use your QA expertise to collaborate with a growing team through quality assurance efforts on projects critical to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who proposes solutions, follows a disciplined approach, and has a passion for finding issues before they reach production. The Quality Assurance Analyst will operate as an integral part of a high-performing technical team and will clearly communicate project status to senior team members and management, proactively assist peers and resolve conflicts, and collaborate with development teams to deliver exceptional software experiences.
