FMLA Resolution Expert will provide superior customer service while assisting our internal and external customers with escalations inquires and expedited request. This positon will respond to, resolve and all document incoming request received via telephone or email. In this role you will identify root-cause and determine appropriate course of action for a successful resolution.
• Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding leaves and services
• Seek ways to determine appropriate course of action, conduct investigative steps to identify the issues, and process the needed adjustments to the leaves.
• Written administration and adjustment of Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), state, and company leaves as mandated by state and federal guidelines and in coordination with our customer’s policies
• Analyze customers and clients issues using root-cause analysis
• Communicate clearly and concisely while identifying their needs and educating them on leave concepts and next steps
• Meet production and quality goals set by the FMLA Department
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of leaves within our proprietary database
• Demonstrate respect, sensitivity, confidentiality, and understanding for the HR/employee circumstance while maintaining professionalism at all times
• Provide accurate, professional, and timely responses to communications from internal and external clients
• Prioritize and organize daily responsibilities in order to meet all deadlines
• Provide innovative ideas that can support the ongoing growth of the FMLA Department
• Other duties as assigned
